STAYING SAFE AND PRODUCTIVE DURING THE SHUTDOWN

We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy and doing their part in staying home.  Scene-1 is excited to celebrate their 5th anniversary this weekend! We would like to thank all those artists who have attended our events over the last 5 years, growing their skills, networking with others and supporting us along the way!  And thanks to our amazing instructors who came to work with our local actors like: Rachel Reiss, Erica Arvold, Matthew Maisto, Donna McKenna, Marius Bargielski, John Shea, Kim Graham, Angela Micky, Andrew Chappelle ,Christina Wright and David Grey.

Shutdown time is no time to slack off with your acting. Click HERE for a list of 20 great ideas of things actors can do to stay productive during this time.  Here is a sample of some!

1 - Take on-line acting classes (here are just a few – look up other coaches and studios to see if they offer online classes)

2 - Follow CDs on social media: https://www.backstage.com/magazine/article/9-la-casting-directors-companies-you-need-to-follow-on-twitter-68912/
